Project Manager

Robby Miller joins m Strategic Partners as a Project Manager, supporting the Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center (BSLMC) team with the Retro-Commissioning (Retro-Cx) scope. In this role, he collaborates closely with project teams to help ensure building systems perform as intended—bringing a proactive, solutions-driven approach to coordination, quality control, and execution.

With eight years of experience on the General Contractor side of the industry, Robby brings a strong foundation in field operations, safety, quality management, scheduling, and trade coordination. His firsthand experience in the field gives him a practical understanding of how projects move from concept to completion, allowing him to anticipate challenges, streamline processes, and support teams in delivering high-performing facilities.

Robby earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona in 2016. His engineering background, paired with his construction experience, provides a balanced technical and operational perspective that adds value to complex healthcare environments.

What inspires Robby most about the A/E/C industry is seeing tangible progress unfold in real time. He takes pride in knowing that the work completed today will positively impact communities for years to come—especially within healthcare spaces that directly serve patients, families, and providers.

Outside of work, Robby enjoys traveling, fishing, and spending time with his wife and friends—often with a local craft beer in hand.
