Walker Engineering Corporate Headquarters was a mix-use facility which included a new office building with 20,000 square feet of office space and build out with 10,000 square feet of high bay storage and warehousing space. The building structure consisted of concrete tilt wall and steel support framing. This project was developed on a five-acre site, and all public right of way utility improvements were included in the scope of work.
