With 12 years of experience in commercial construction, Sam Gobin brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Project Manager at m Strategic Partners. Sam is responsible for monitoring site operations, ensuring project safety, maintaining schedules and budgets, and coordinating project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Sam’s diverse background includes managing interior build-outs and renovations for restaurants and retail clients, overseeing operations for an office furniture design and installation company, and leading exterior façade and building envelope restoration projects, as well as parking garage repairs. His well-rounded experience equips him to tackle complex challenges with confidence and precision.

A graduate of the University of Houston, Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Administration. His passion for the A/E/C industry lies in understanding how things are built and finding satisfaction in the tangible results of a day’s work.

Outside the office, Sam enjoys a variety of hobbies, including hunting, traveling, camping, carpentry, and repairing and restoring cars. These interests reflect his hands-on nature and appreciation for craftsmanship.
