m Strategic Partners is proud to have played a key role in the successful completion of the Medical Plaza 3 on the Memorial Hermann Sugar Land campus. This 106,074-square-foot state-of-the-art facility expands access to world-class healthcare services for the Fort Bend County community.

Our team provided expert project management, ensuring seamless coordination, budget alignment, and timely delivery of this four-star medical facility. With a focus on quality and efficiency, we helped bring this vision to life—supporting Memorial Hermann’s commitment to exceptional patient care.

An additional phase to this campus expansion, is the 6 level Parking Garage.

The new Memorial Hermann Sugar Land parking garage officially opened in March 2025. This six-level, cast-in-place concrete structure adds 1,056 parking spaces to the campus, significantly enhancing accessibility for patients, visitors, and staff. The garage features dedicated spaces for emergency room patients, physicians, and hospital staff, ensuring convenient access to critical areas of the hospital. Additionally, the project included the construction of a new Central Plant, bolstering the hospital’s infrastructure to support future growth.

This $18.25 million project encompasses 322,211 square feet and was completed on schedule, reflecting our commitment to delivering high-quality projects that meet the evolving needs of healthcare facilities.
