With nearly a decade of experience in medical construction renovations, Lavaughn brings hands-on knowledge and leadership in upgrading critical medical equipment, including surgical lights and booms. From performing installations on the ground to managing projects offsite, his comprehensive understanding of healthcare infrastructure ensures a smooth, safe, and efficient transformation of clinical environments.

Lavaughn’s passion for the A/E/C industry stems from his appreciation of the visible impact—watching a space evolve from outdated to state-of-the-art, especially in healthcare, where it directly contributes to life-saving work. With nine years of industry experience, he joins mSP ready to continue that meaningful work on a larger scale.

A proud graduate of Katy High School, Lavaughn also pursued college studies before diving into the construction world. Outside of work, you’ll find him fishing, firing up the BBQ, or catching a movie—either in theaters or from the comfort of home. He also loves spending time with his wife and their dog, and makes it a priority to spoil them both as much as possible.
