Juana Gallegos brings more than 15 years of project management experience to her role as Move/Activation Senior Project Manager at m Strategic Partners. With a strong background in coordinating and leading move and activation activities, she supports clients through every phase of transition—ensuring facilities are fully equipped, operational, and ready for day one.

Her career in the A/E/C industry spans multiple sectors, where she has overseen projects from initiation and programming through design, renovation, equipment and furniture procurement, construction, and final activation. Juana’s comprehensive approach ensures seamless execution and confident project handoffs. She is currently pursuing her PMP certification to further enhance her expertise.

Outside of work, Juana loves glamping, traveling, and cheering on her favorite teams—the Astros and the Texans. Most of all, she enjoys quality time with her family.
