With more than 24 years of experience in the industry. Fred joined the m Strategic Partners team in October 2021. As a Senior Project Manager, Fred is responsible for MEP Peer Review, is currently working on MEP infrastructure upgrade projects for Harris Health Systems and will soon be working on infrastructure upgrade projects for CHI St Luke’s Health

Fred has extensive experience in managing large scale design engineering and construction projects, specializing in healthcare and pharmaceutical. He is a Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer with MEP design and mechanical contracting experience.

Fred says “I enjoy construction because it is challenging and an ever-changing industry, where every project is unique, and success can be tangibly measured.”

Fred has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Villanova University, and is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE).

Fred enjoys golfing and traveling, especially to the ocean.
