Eric McFarland joined the m Strategic Partners team in August 2020. A Senior Project Manager, Eric is responsible for providing oversight and guidance of a project’s construction planning, schedule and safety, as well as facilitating coordination between owners, consultants and contractors.

Eric brings more than 20 years of experience to the firm. He has an extensive construction background working in a variety of roles for major healthcare, higher education, and aviation projects.

With a passion for having a ‘hands on’ role in a project, Eric finds motivation in seeing how each project contributes to the well-being and growth of a community. Eric says, “There’s something prideful in completing a project that meets the intent of its designers and providing buildings that owners, its employees, and the general public want to enter every day.”

Eric attended Texas Tech university and graduated with a degree in Construction Engineering.

Outside of the office, Eric is a family man and an outdoorsman, enjoying time with his wife and three children. He loves fishing, hunting, hanging by the pool, or relaxing on a gulf beach. Eric even enjoys some ‘hands on’ hobbies, including perfecting his woodworking skills.
