We are thrilled to welcome Desmond Jenkins to the m Strategic Partners team, joining us in July 2024. With over 8 years of experience as an Estimator/Project Manager for a Mechanical Contractor and as an MEP Manager for a General Contractor, Desmond brings a wealth of knowledge in higher education and healthcare construction.

Desmond finds immense satisfaction in the A/E/C industry, sharing, “One of the most rewarding aspects of this industry is the sense of accomplishment. Contributing to the achievement of a goal larger than myself inspires me to continue pushing forward every day.”

He holds dual degrees from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University: a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering with a focus on HVAC Design & Plumbing Systems, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Cultural Studies.

Outside the office and job sites, Desmond is an avid boxer. He finds that boxing not only keeps him physically fit but also sharpens his mind. “The smartest boxer inside the square circle always wins,” he says.
