Christian Batista joins m Strategic Partners as a Senior Project Manager, bringing nine years of experience across the A/E/C industry and a unique background that bridges both engineering and construction management. He will be dedicated to the McNair Campus project, where he will leverage his technical expertise and leadership to ensure seamless coordination and execution.

Christian began his career as an electrical engineer, developing a strong foundation in reviewing and coordinating MEP drawings—including critical systems like fire alarm and sprinkler design. This technical insight led him into engineering project management, and later, construction project management, where he successfully oversaw a wide range of projects at the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center in New York. His ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and guide teams toward resolution has been instrumental in mitigating delays and delivering complex projects on time.

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, Christian thrives on seeing solutions come to life—turning ideas on paper into tangible results in the field. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, trying new restaurants, and exploring local entertainment with his wife as they prepare to welcome their first child, a baby boy.
