Project Coordinator

A Project Coordinator assists the Project Team with the documentation and daily administration of the project. They are responsible for maintaining project management documents and files as assigned by the Project Executive and Project Manager. They manage internal and external administrative processes for projects as well as provide high-level organization and administrative support to the Project Team.

Job requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business, administration or related field with 4 years of experience in related industry; or 8 years of experience in a related industry, including project management, architecture, engineering or construction.

Project Manager

A Project Manager is the day-to-day representative of the firm and responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of assigned projects. They direct and supervise activities related to project management, contract administration, communications, project team building, project budget and schedule development and maintenance. Throughout a project, they maintain a focus on exceeding the Client needs and expectations. They work to ensure a successful outcome of projects completed in a quality, timely and profitable manner.

Job requirements include a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field with 10 years of experience in related industry; or 15 years of experience in a related industry, including project management, architecture, engineering or construction.
