Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, McNair Campus – O’Quinn Medical Tower
Houston, Texas
The new O’Quinn Medical Tower at the Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center includes the construction of a new 12-story tower for the Ambulatory Care Center and Garage. A few of the upper levels of the tower have the option to remain as shell space for future expansion. The O’Quinn Medical Tower project will be complete with a new south parking garage that will provide physician parking. This eight-story garage will include a new loading dock and 877 parking spaces.
