Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Program & Project Management

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare capital programs while building lasting client relationships and mentoring the next generation of project professionals. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from initial planning through occupancy, guiding multidisciplinary teams while ensuring every project is delivered with excellence, transparency, and integrity.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead healthcare capital projects from programming and planning through design, construction, activation, and closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and financial forecasts.
- Lead consultant and contractor procurement, contract negotiations, and project delivery strategies.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects remain aligned with client goals, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Facilitate Owner, Architect, Contractor (OAC) meetings and executive-level project reporting.
- Oversee quality assurance, document reviews, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Mentor and develop project team members while promoting collaboration and professional growth.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and schedule optimization throughout the life of each project.
- Represent mSP professionally within the healthcare industry while helping strengthen long-term client relationships and future business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in project management, architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related industry (or equivalent combination of experience).
- Extensive experience managing healthcare construction and capital improvement projects.
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection prevention practices, and ILSM processes.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience mentoring team members and leading high-performing project teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and industry software including Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Teams, and other project management platforms.
- Ability to travel to project sites and safely work within active healthcare construction environments.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Manage healthcare capital projects through planning, design, construction, activation, and closeout.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to keep projects aligned with scope, budget, and schedule objectives.
- Lead project meetings, prepare executive reports, and facilitate communication among project teams.
- Support consultant and contractor procurement, contract administration, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop solutions that keep projects moving forward.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and schedule performance.
- Coordinate FF&E, medical equipment, and move/activation activities to support successful project delivery.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and exceptional client service while representing mSP throughout every phase of the project.
What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates will have:

- 10+ years of experience in project management, architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related industry (or equivalent combination of experience).

We’re looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support our healthcare program and project management teams through every phase of project delivery—from planning and design to construction, activation, and closeout. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and senior leadership, you’ll gain hands-on experience while helping deliver complex healthcare projects that make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate project documentation, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and project correspondence.
- Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams while maintaining accurate project records.
- Assist with project financial administration, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, DocuSign routing, and cost tracking.
- Help prepare executive reports, presentations, project logs, and other client deliverables.
- Participate in design coordination, peer reviews, and construction administration activities.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to document project progress, support quality control efforts, and assist with construction reporting.
- Coordinate FF&E, medical equipment, and move/activation activities to help ensure successful project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal team members while supporting mSP’s commitment to exceptional client service.
What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in project management, architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related industry (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
