Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Melissa didn’t have to look far to find her place with m Strategic Partners.

With over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Melissa joined m Strategic Partners in October 2016 and quickly became an integral part of the team.

As Business Operations Manager, Melissa is truly the heartbeat of the office—keeping people, processes, and projects moving. One day she’s managing Richard’s schedule, the next she’s troubleshooting project logistics or reconciling financials. Whatever it takes, Melissa makes sure the team runs efficiently and effectively.

“It’s my job to take care of the team at m Strategic Partners,” Melissa says. “I’m here to make sure they have the top-level support they need to continue producing the highest quality projects.”

Outside of work, you’ll find Melissa enjoying life’s quieter and livelier moments alike—whether she’s curled up with a good book or catching a live show in Austin, the live music capital of the world. With a passion for music, storytelling, and laughter, she’s just as at home at a concert or comedy club as she is leading the heartbeat of mSP.
