Luis Jimenez is a Senior Project Manager at m Strategic Partners with more than 14 years of experience managing complex projects across the healthcare, higher education, civic, semiconductor, and technology sectors. At mSP, Luis supports Memorial Hermann’s TIRR program, providing program and project management services.

Throughout his career, Luis has developed extensive expertise in owner’s representation, capital project delivery, financial and budget management, risk mitigation, procurement, stakeholder management, and design and construction coordination. His diverse project experience allows him to bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach to navigating complex challenges while keeping project goals, budgets, schedules, and stakeholders aligned.

Luis earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston. What he enjoys most about the A/E/C industry is the opportunity to help create facilities that make a positive impact on the communities they serve while building strong, lasting relationships along the way.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
