With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, Jason Richards brings a builder’s mindset and a results-driven approach to his role as Senior Project Manager at m Strategic Partners. His career spans 23 years on the general contractor side, giving him a deep understanding of construction operations, field coordination, and project delivery from the ground up.

Jason’s expertise lies in bridging the gap between design and execution—ensuring that every project is managed with precision, foresight, and integrity. His engineering background, combined with years of hands-on experience, allows him to anticipate challenges, streamline communication among teams, and drive projects to successful completion.

A proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. His passion for the A/E/C industry stems from the tangible impact of his work—seeing projects rise from concept to completion and knowing his efforts directly shape the communities around him.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, watching college football, and exploring new places through travel.
