Trent began his journey at m Strategic Partners as an intern, gaining hands-on experience in project management and construction administration. Now serving as a Project Coordinator, he supports day-to-day operations, manages project documentation, and assists with tracking key milestones across project phases. His role provides direct exposure to the inner workings of the A/E/C industry, allowing him to collaborate with seasoned professionals while continuing to build the skills and knowledge essential for his future in the field.

Trent’s passion for construction began at a young age, driven by his desire to build and create. He enjoys the ever-changing nature of the A/E/C industry, where each day presents new challenges and opportunities. His previous experience includes three years working in a machine shop during high school, where he developed precision tooling skills, as well as time in new housing development landscaping, where he gained experience in warranty management, installations, and community supervision.

Trent earned his degree in Construction Management from Sam Houston State University in May 2025, balancing full-time work and school—a testament to his strong work ethic and commitment to his craft. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors, bird hunting with his dad, hitting the golf course, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Trent is also recently engaged and values quality time at home, often unwinding with his fiancée and a good TV series binge.
