5 Houston Center is a 27-story building in the heart of downtown Houston. Original construction of the building was complete in 2003 and m Strategic Partners was engaged in 2018 to lead building renovations. This project includes the following building upgrades: full renovation of the 30,000 sq ft sky lobby with custom, hand-crafted light sculptures; new fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and locker rooms; curated coffee kiosk; base building restroom upgrades; new property management office and business lounge; and four floors of demo and buildout for new EY office headquarters. All of these renovations are to be completed with 24/7 building operations.
