As an intern at m Strategic Partners, Trent is gaining hands-on experience in project management and construction administration. He assists with documentation, learns about project phases, and supports daily operations to keep projects on track. His role allows him to work closely with experienced team members, expanding his knowledge of the A/E/C industry and developing valuable skills for his future career.

Trent’s passion for construction began at a young age, driven by his desire to build and create. He enjoys the ever-changing nature of the A/E/C industry, where each day presents new challenges and opportunities. His previous experience includes three years working in a machine shop during high school, where he developed precision tooling skills, as well as time in new housing development landscaping, where he gained experience in warranty management, installations, and community supervision.

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management from Sam Houston State University, Trent is set to graduate in May 2025. Balancing full-time work and school, he has developed a strong work ethic and dedication to his craft. Outside of work, Trent enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting birds with his dad, playing golf, and experimenting with cooking. He is also engaged and values quality time at home, often binge-watching TV shows with his fiancée.
