Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital: Bed Tower Expansion
Sugar Land, Texas
The Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital Expansion consisted of the construction of a new, five-story patient bed tower with 30 medical/surgical patient rooms, 16 ICU rooms, 14 IMU rooms, two endoscopy and one bronchoscopy room, and support services including dietary, education, PACU, and pharmacy. Level 5 of the tower is to remain in a shelled condition. Additional renovations to the existing hospital included a new MRI suite, CT scan equipment upgrades, new nursery and NICU, and pediatric emergency department.
