Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital is a new hospital campus on 32 acres of acquired property in Cypress, Texas. It includes a new 398,000 square foot hospital facility containing a five-story bed tower and three-story diagnostic and treatment tower, connector tower with lit beacon and central utility plant. The hospital towers contain 80 patient beds, Women’s services and C-Section rooms, a surgery department with eight operating rooms, an MRI/CT imaging department, an emergency department, food services, central processing and all related patient and public support spaces. The hospital also includes 63,000 square feet of shell space for future patient care buildout areas.
