James has brought over twenty years of project management experience to mSP. With extensive expertise in mechanical systems and direct digital controls, he supervises and directs daily project operations diligently, employing rigorous project management methodologies to ensure timely completion and superior results.  James maintains transparent communication, facilitates fair negotiations, and adeptly manages conflicts when necessary. As a visionary project leader, his peers highly regard him for guiding teams with innovative problem-solving strategies, efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously, fostering strong client relationships, and collaborating seamlessly with construction leadership.

When asked what James enjoys most about being the A/E/C Industry he states, “Observing a project’s journey from its initial concept to its final realization is a deeply impactful experience. James enjoys spending time with his loved ones when he is not on the job site.
